Private Coaching Sessions
- Pre-Coaching: I’ll send you a questionnaire via email that you will fill out with information about your life, your diet, your activity level and your values and goals. From this I’ll be able to streamline our first session and get straight to creating your personalized program.
- Session 1: In this 60 minute Skype session we’ll identify 5 concrete things you can do to stand taller, move better, feel better and we’ll create a plan for incorporating them into your life successfully. This is where you’ll learn the simple insider secret to success!
- Session 2: One month later, we’ll meet for 60 minutes to tweak your program and get you set to move forward on your own. With the simple insider secret to success, you’ll be able to tackle all 5 changes and make them habits for life.
